Arve Asset Management is an investment boutique focused purely on convertible bonds. The partners all have many years of experience in the convertibles asset class and personally look after the fund and the investors.

MICHEL FEST

Michel Fest has been with Arve Asset Management since 2019. He has 30 years of financial market experience, over 20 of which as a manager of convertible bond portfolios. He started his career in precious metals trading at UBS. After several years as a foreign exchange trader at UBS and Republic National Bank of New York, he joined RMF (soon after acquired by Man Group) as a convertible bond fund manager. He later headed Man's convertibles team and was a member of the executive board of Man Investments (CH) AG, most recently in the position of CEO. He was also a member of the investment committee of Man's Swiss Pension Fund. Michel Fest completed a banking apprenticeship at UBS and holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Pension Fund Management from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

MARKUS  BOSSARD

Markus Bossard joined Arve Asset Management in 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in convertible bonds. He started his career at SBC Warburg on the convertible bond desk in Opfikon, later working for Merrill Lynch in Zurich. He then moved from investment banking to asset management at EMCore Asset Management and subsequently at Man Group. From 2008, he established the Zurich branch at MFM Mirante Fund Management. In addition to managing the local office, he was co-responsible for the defensive convertible bond portfolio in his role of Senior Fund Manager. Markus Bossard graduated from the University of Zurich in 1996 with a degree in History, Business Administration (II) and German Studies.

ALJOSA
ALEKSANDROVIC

Aljosa Aleksandrovic has been with Arve Asset Management since 2019. He has over 15 years of financial market experience, particularly in the areas of quantitative analysis and risk management of convertible bond portfolios. He started his career as a Quantitative Analyst at Man Group, where he worked simultaneously for the convertible bond team as well as for the leveraged finance team. Aljosa Aleksandrovic graduated from the University of Zurich in 2006 with a master’s degree in Economics (with a focus on Quantitative Finance). He holds the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) and is also a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Dipl. Swiss Fund Officer FA/IAF.

ROLAND REITELSHÖFER

Roland Reitelshöfer studied business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg  and graduated with a diploma. Afterwards he worked as a financial advisor at Deutsche Bank and moved on to Fürstlich Castell´sche Bank in 1987. From 1989 he headed the asset management division of the Nürnberg branch as a specialist for convertible bonds. In 1994, he was appointed authorized signatory for the bank as a whole. In June 2000, he founded today's Reitelshöfer Vermögensmanagement GmbH with a foucs on convertible bonds. Since 2019, he has been a consulting partner at Arve Asset Management.

EWALD HAMLESCHER

Ewald Hamlescher has more than 35 years of professional experience in banking as well as asset and fund management.  He held various management positions at UBS, Man Investments, RBC and GAM. His activities in corporate banking, family office and asset management in Switzerland, New York as well as Managing Director in Luxembourg and Board Member of ALFI Luxembourg complete his international profile. Prior to his professional career, he obtained diplomas from the University of Bern (Economics) and Kent State University / USA (Journalism / Political Science). Ewald Hamlescher has been a member of the Board of Arve Asset Management since 2022.
